Hi, I’m Cynthia Shittu-Lewis, and I know exactly what it’s like to feel lost, overwhelmed, and desperate for answers.

When I first started my journey as a mother of two autistic children, I was drowning in uncertainty. Nothing prepared me for the emotional rollercoaster of parenting children with unique needs. I felt like I was constantly putting out fires—meltdowns, sleepless nights, social struggles—while trying to hold everything together.  I knew something had to change.

I tried everything—therapy after therapy, endless online research, advice from professionals who didn’t understand my reality as a working mom. But nothing seemed to work the way I needed it to. I was still exhausted, still second-guessing myself, and still feeling like no one truly got it.

With my 5-Step System I learned how to implement strategies that actually worked, helping my children gain independence and confidence while giving me the tools to support them. I know the struggle, and now I know the solution. 

Now, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s in Education, I’m on a mission to help other moms just like me.
